If you've been using the Fu Chen for a while, these workshops will give you a chance to brush up (pun intended...) on your form - plenty of time to check your movements and correct those inevitable shortcuts and forgotten details.
For beginners, we will set you up with beginning movements to help you get used to the flow of this revered Wudang weapon.
