Fu Chen Feng Workshops 2026
The Fu Chen is unique to the Wudang style. It offers mindful insight and a physical connection with Yin Yang Theory.
Once we have a weapon in our hands, we tend to forget that we are still practising Tai Chi. This weapon adds a whole new dimension to our practice so we learn to adjust our thinking to accommodate and incorporate the concepts involved.
The Fu Chen Feng form, written by Master Su Legato, is now a recognised weapon form at the Wudang Tai Chi International Fellowship Competitions.
