The Covid years caused much turmoil, a complete upheaval of how we all functioned in the community. It also gave us an opportunity to rest, to take some time to reflect on our lives, how we were living and to work out if we were making the most of our time. For Legato Tai Chi, it was a time to record the curriculum. New skills were developed along the way - learning to video, to edit, to compile, to upload and to market our ‘wares’. There is now an almost full video library of the Legato Tai Chi curriculum available on Patreon, some on Youtube and with your Pass should you enrol in a Legato Tai Chi class.

As difficult as this time was, the silver lining saw Wudang Tai Chi spread a little further through online classes.
