2016 ~ YIN WATER FORM
The Yin Water Form is another stepping stone to learning the Wudang style. Compiled from the Wudang Drills, the Yin Water Form introduces students to the transitions and how to anticipate these without losing the meaning of the move before.
Learning to change seamlessly from one movement to the next is challenging. The repetition of each movement in the Yin Water Form gives students time to think about what’s coming next and how to get there. It is an intermediate form where, once learnt, students can feel the ebb and flow of qi as they move, energy gently swaying through their body from one side to the other.
The Yin Water Form is available on Youtube and complete teaching videos are available on Patreon.

(I love the truck and the ducks travelling as one on land and water…!)
