Throughout the years, groups of students have taken on the challenge of competition. Each time, they have surprised themselves with their own performances - overcoming nerves, fear of public scrutiny, fear of doing well. The competition arena is the final destination but along the way, students learn so much about themselves and about being part of a group. It brings many challenges not just in the final performance but in communication, finding out what you’re good at, who and how you can trust, and finding the joy of being included and valued!

We’ve come a long way since our first competition. The video below was filmed at the 2025 WTQA Festival held in September. It was the team’s first public performance, a fantastic opportunity for them to test themselves before heading to China to compete in the 2025 Wudang International Fellowship Competition in October.
