2013 ~ wudang bamboo form

Responding to the needs of students, Su has created Wudang Tai Chi forms to help in practice and in understanding the philosophy behind the physical art form. The Wudang Bamboo Form was developed from several moves in the Wudang 28 and focusses on the flow of qi through the body - from Dan Tien, to toes, to fingertips, to the mind and back again. This form allows qi to ebb and flow throughout the body and, in the end, gives time to settle that energy again and restore the stillness with an activated qi.
